We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) for UAE shipments. For all international orders outside the UAE, we ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This requires customers to cover any customs fees imposed by the local authorities, which are non-refundable payments. Taxes and duties cannot be refunded if you decide to return your item.

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order through the Contact Us page.
