We ship worldwide with DHL Express and FedEx, providing fast, secure and reliable express delivery.

All UAE orders receive free shipping and are typically delivered on the next business day after dispatch. UAE shipments are sent DDP, so no additional duties are charged upon delivery.

International orders receive free shipping on purchases over AED 1,000 (approximately USD 275 or EUR 235), applied automatically at checkout. For orders below this amount, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Orders to other GCC countries typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch. For destinations outside the GCC, please allow up to three business days, depending on the location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected during busy periods or by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, customs processing and carrier delays.
