Taxes and Duties

We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) for UAE shipments. For all international orders outside the UAE, we ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This requires customers to cover any customs fees imposed by the local authorities, which are non-refundable payments. Taxes and duties cannot be refunded if you decide to return your item.

Returns and Refunds

If your order isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving it by Contacting us. Once approved, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return the item(s). To be eligible, returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
